Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of unreal agent (the “Service”), an AI workforce for real estate investors provided by AI Employee (“AI Employee”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you accept them on its behalf.

1. The Service

unreal agent gives your workspace an Operations Manager and specialist AI agents that research properties, analyse deals, draft messages and offers, track follow-ups and work inside apps you connect. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing it and for every decision you make, including offers, contracts and messages to sellers or buyers. The Service does not provide legal, tax, lending, appraisal or real estate brokerage advice, and its agents are not licensed professionals.

2. Your account

  • Keep your login secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.
  • Workspace owners control who is invited and are responsible for their members’ use.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

3. Approvals and outreach

Anything that contacts a person, makes or records an offer, books time or spends money waits for your approval. When you approve outreach you confirm you have the right to contact that person by that channel. You are solely responsible for complying with laws that apply to your outreach, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Telemarketing Sales Rule and national and state Do Not Call rules, CAN-SPAM, state solicitation and real estate licensing laws, and carrier messaging requirements such as A2P 10DLC registration. The Service’s consent, quiet-hour and opt-out checks help but are not a guarantee of compliance.

4. Connected apps and data sources

You can connect third-party apps (such as HighLevel, Google and Twilio) through our integration partner One. Your use of those apps is governed by their terms. You authorise us to access connected accounts to perform the actions you request. Property and market data comes from third-party providers and public records and may be inaccurate or out of date.

5. Plans, trial and billing

  • The plan is $99 per month per workspace, billed in advance through Stripe, after a 7-day free trial.
  • Each plan includes $25 of AI usage per month. Usage beyond that is billed monthly in arrears at our cost plus 20%, up to the monthly limit you set in Settings; agent work pauses when the limit is reached. During the trial, usage is capped at the included amount.
  • You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to:

  • send unsolicited, deceptive or harassing messages, or contact anyone who has opted out;
  • discriminate in housing or violate fair housing laws;
  • break the law, infringe others’ rights, or scrape or resell data in breach of a provider’s terms;
  • attack, overload or reverse engineer the Service, or bypass its limits or approvals.

7. Your content

You own the content and data you put into the Service and the output it produces for you. You grant us a licence to host, process and transmit it only to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for non-payment, a breach of these terms, or a risk to others. You may export your data before closing your account; we delete workspace data within 30 days of closure, except where we must keep it by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost deals.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your outreach, your content or your breach of these terms or the law.

11. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. We may update them and will notify you of material changes. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Questions: support@aiemployee.com.
