Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AI Employee (“AI Employee”, “we”) handles personal information in unreal agent. For workspace content about sellers, buyers and other contacts, you are the controller and we process it on your instructions.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), workspace and role.
- Workspace content: deals, leads, buyers, notes, chats with your agents, files you upload, and data from apps you connect.
- Contact data you provide: seller and buyer names, phone numbers, emails, consent and opt-out records.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe; we keep your plan status and the last digits of your card, not full card numbers.
- Usage and device data: log, error and performance data, and voice audio while a voice call is active.
- Call transcripts: when a voice call ends, the text of what was said is used to write a recap in your chat with your Operations Manager. The audio isn't kept; the recap and its source text stay in that chat until you delete it.
How we use it
- To run the Service: your agents read your workspace content to do the work you ask for.
- To remember your preferences across web, desktop and text (agent memory, scoped to your workspace).
- To bill you, keep the Service secure, fix problems and support you.
- To meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t use your content to train AI models.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help run the Service, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database)
- Anthropic, OpenAI and TypeSafe AI (AI models), Supermemory (agent memory)
- One / withone.ai (connected apps such as HighLevel and Google)
- LiveKit (voice calls), AgentPhone and Blooio (texting), Resend (email)
- Stripe (billing), Sentry (error monitoring)
- Property data providers (such as RealEstateAPI and RentCast) for property lookups
Retention and deletion
We keep workspace data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete workspace data within 30 days, except billing and legal records we must keep. You can delete individual files and records at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to some processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Email support@aiemployee.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. Requests about a contact in a customer’s workspace are passed to that customer.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our providers; files are private and served only to members of their workspace; actions that contact people or spend money require your approval. No system is perfectly secure; tell us about any concern at the address above.
