SMS Terms
These terms cover text messages from Unreal Agent, a service of AI Employee, Inc. They are part of our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The program
Unreal Agent lets you text your AI agents from your phone over iMessage, SMS, Telegram or WhatsApp. You get replies to the messages you send, and the scheduled briefings, routine results and check-ins you set up in the app.
Opting in
You opt in by linking your phone: in Settings (or during onboarding) you get a one-time code and text it to our number from your phone. By linking your phone you agree to receive messages from Unreal Agent, including scheduled briefings and check-ins you set up.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with how much you text your agents and the briefings and check-ins you set up. Msg & data rates may apply.
Help and opting out
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@aiemployee.com.
- Reply STOP to opt out of scheduled and check-in texts. You can still text your agent and it will answer. Reply START to turn them back on.
- To stop all messages to a phone, unlink it in Settings → Text your agent.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery can depend on your carrier, device and messaging app.
Your information
We use your phone number to deliver the messages described here and to connect your texts to your workspace. We don’t sell personal information, including your phone number or opt-in. See our Privacy Policy for details.
